SequenceWorld uses genomic data as the input for the analysis. Data is placed only on 2-dimension, i.e. floor, based on a clustering algorithm that linked genes based on their homogenety. This choice was made to respect the usual human locomotion of walking on a floor. The shape and color of the datapoint are used to encode additionnal information.
